Miracle Mineral Solution

MIRACLE MINERAL SOLUTION (MMS)

MMS is made by combining two compounds, one being sodium chlorite (22% -28%) and the other an acid like HCL (4-5%) or citric acid (50%).

The product will arrive in two bottles labeled “A” (sodium chlorite) and “B” (hydrochloric acid). Know that the term “a one drop dose” of MMS refers to one drop each of the sodium chlorite and activator together.

Although both citric acid and HCL are effective, the pioneers have come to prefer acid activation with HCL, like these products here

There are also many other suppliers of MMS components as Dr. Robert Yoho lists in his post here (https://robertyoho.substack.com/p/bb81857e-747b-41a4-832f-cc416e2416f7 ).

THE THREE “GOLDEN RULES” OF MMS DOSING
First, know the “3 Golden Rules” of dosing with MMS:

1) GETTING BETTER – keep doing the same dosing strategy

2) FEELING WORSE OR GETTING SIDE EFFECTS – Reduce your dose by 50%

3) NOT GETTING BETTER – continue to increase dose slowly

In regards to #2 of the 3 Golden Rules above: you must monitor for the symptoms that tell you that you are on a dose that your body has not acclimated to yet and thus is “too high” for now. The symptoms to look out for are:

  1. DIARRHEA
  2. FATIGUE
  3. NAUSEA
  4. VOMITI(NG
  5. LIGHTHEADEDNESS

If any of the above symptoms develop, stop dosing for the day and then the next day cut the number of drops added back to the previously tolerated amount. Know that the above symptoms, if they were to occur, are short lived and resolve upon decreasing or stopping the

TIPS AND TRICKS

  1. The mixed solution has a chlorine like smell and taste so to make it more palatable, just dilute it in more water, or can use Stevia (Sweetleaf or KAL brand only).
  2. It is best to have light meals during the actual hours one is taking MMS but separate your meal from the MMS by 20-30 minutes.
  3. Avoid all anti-oxidant supplements and these foods or drink before and during your daily dosing window of chlorine dioxide: alcohol, chocolate, coffee and tea (black, green and many herbal teas) milk, coconut water.
  4. Avoid taking Vitamin C or orange juice, tangerine juice or any drinks with added Vitamin C. This will neutralize the chlorine dioxide.
Conversely, if you ever take too much chlorine dioxide or have a serious Herxheimer reaction, (nausea, vomiting, excessive diarrhea) take Vitamin C as an antidote. Take 2 grams (2,000 mg) of Vitamin C at once. If the symptoms persist, you can then take another 1 gram of Vitamin C the following hour, and another 1 gram the third hour.
Use glass or plastic cups or bottles, no metal.
    .
Things To Look Out For (again):
*Known side effects include diarrhea, nausea, fatigue, and lightheadedness. Diarrhea is to be expected in most.

There are two reasons for these expected side effects:

As pathogenic organisms die-off, they release endotoxins and other substances which produce what is called a “Herxheimer reaction” – a sudden worsening of symptoms such as fever, chills, flushing, aches.
Your body’s tolerance of the MMS dose will be evident by possible side effects, like diarrhea. As the dosage increases, if you experiences diarrhea, you should simply reduce the dose for several days (3-4) until such discomfort disappears and then gradually increase until reaching the standard recommended dose. Many testimonials confirm that this mild diarrhea can be easily controlled by adjusting the dose. Note that if diarrhea is experienced initially, it can also resolve with continued use.

As pioneer Jim Humble wrote:

“Please note that although the experience may not make you feel particularly good for a time, experiencing a Herxheimer reaction is usually a sign that healing is taking place. Other than that there are no side effects except to get well. Having said this, the idea is not to get sicker than you already feel. If one will follow the Three Golden Rules of MMS, a Herxheimer reaction can be greatly minimized and/or avoided all together.”
